Our pasta is made from the very core (heart) of the Bactris Gasipaes palm. A series of new gluten-free pasta, ideal for vegetarians and vegans. Include them in your diet and feel the difference! Pasta is a quick and healthy alternative to conventional wheat noodles and soy noodles, and is delicious served in an Asian vegetable soup or fried with vegetables.
How is palm heart pasta different from traditional egg pasta?
Classic egg noodles contain gluten, which is found mainly in the cereal flour used to make pasta. There is no gluten in our pasta made from palm, we only use the “kernel” of young, undeveloped palm leaves to produce the pasta.
